Our Purpose
Student Uplift was designed to address the needs of students that are aged between 14 and 18 years and are experiencing academic stress, emotional strain, and stress in their day-to-day lives. The teenagers go through a fast personal, social, and academic evolution in their lives. Although stress is not something unusual, there are numerous students who are unable to find simple, relatable, and reliable guidance.
Our Mission
We have a mission of spreading emotional awareness, healthy coping mechanisms, and academic balance in the students. We would like to build a virtual space that will stimulate self-reflection, resilience, and positive mental habits.
Our Approach
Mental wellbeing is the hope that we improve by using small habitual routines. Student Uplift is focussed on the practicalities of tools including stress-management techniques, short quizzes, healthy routines to follow and confidence building information which are applicable to the class. It aims to make the state of the mind effortless, friendly, and common among students.
